Ralph L. Pineda, a Kissimmee immigration lawyer, has been a practicing attorney for over 22 years. His practice while in New Jersey was a general one with a heavy emphasis on immigration law. Since moving to Florida in 2004, his practice is solely devoted to representing individuals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services as well as the Immigration Court.

Born in New York City of Cuban parents, Mr. Pineda graduated Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University majoring in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 1985 from the University of Bridgeport, School of Law in Connecticut.

Prior to coming to Florida, Mr. Pineda was a partner in the law firm Cruz & Pineda located in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Prior to that, he had been a sole practitioner since 1989

Mr. Pineda, who speaks fluent Spanish, is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and The United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
