Rusten C. Hurd
Mr. Hurd is a founding partner at the immigration law firm of Colombo & Hurd, PL, specializing in immigration workers’ compensation and appellate law. With respect to his immigration practice, Mr. Hurd devotes a substantial portion of his time to assisting clients obtain fiancé and marriage visas. Ms. Torres, an attorney licensed in Colombia, is the Director of International Business Development for Colombo & Hurd, PL. Ms. Torres assists the firm's investor visas and business clients under the guidance of attorney Carlos Colombo, having successfully represented more than 300 clients in visas such as L1-A, E2, E1, H1B, R, O, P, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3. Ms. Torres is a specialist in trade issues and international treaties, including the Andean Free Trade Agreement as well as the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
Erika Vanessa Barrera
Ms. Barrera, an attorney licensed in Colombia, is the director of the office of Colombo & Hurd in the city of Cali,Colombia. Ms Barrera developed her immigration and business practices while working for multiple renowned companies over the past eight years. She has provided guidance on a number of matters including the management and collection of overdue balances as well as counseling the administrative work of various public and private companies.
